Diethard Leopold
Born the son of the art collector Rudolf Leopold in 1956, Diethard Leopold studied German philology, theology and psychology at the University of Vienna. He worked as a psychotherapist (gestalt therapy) in Vienna and since 2008 has been working as a curator at the Leopold Museum in Vienna. Diethard Leopold has curated numerous exhibitions and published books as well as catalogue essays, particularly on the subject of art and culture in Vienna around 1900.
He is author of Richard Gerstl and Egon Schiele both published by Hirmer.
